The lid on that kettle on the right is on backwards. Is that so the atmospheric crosswinds won't snuff the fire in both kettles at the same time? Crossdrafting?

I switch up, just depends on my mood and how much time I have for the cook. I like both but chicken slow cooked on the Egg is really good.
