I Hate Workin' on Saturday

So when I got up I reheated these fatties that I smoked last night and made biscuits to take it. Ought to be just right for the five us lucky enough to work a Saturday.

My wife isn't that into the whole fattie thing... so I'll be taking in a mess of them on Monday (also opening day for the Reds)... hopefully, they'll go over well.

I'm off to work soon myself.....but the pulled pork, buns, beans, left over ribs, hot fatties, mac salad, and jello salad are all goin' with me. I with you thirdeye, if I have to work on Saturdays, this helps take the sting out of it.
