I was lucky enough to score myself a DigiQ DX on Craigslist earlier this week. I am super excited to give it a go so after work tonight I threw on two pork butts I picked up from Costco today. The WSM was up to temp in no time flat and on they went on. Temp finally came back up to and stabilized at 260 in about 30 minutes. Ordinarily I'm a 225 kinda guy so what kind of a timeline should I be looking at here? Also gonna give the Blu's Standard Pig Juice recipe I found here a try. (Thank you Blu)
