I Farked up! ... or did I?

What I had in mind was a nice rolled flat chicken breast loaded with smoked pork loin and white cheddar horseradish cheese....But what I ended up with was a shredded up holy mess. lol All because I was in a hurry and didn't let it completely de thaw before hammering it flat!

007 and a wire basket to the rescue. :biggrin1:

Thanks! Yes sir, definitely no reason I'll cook on anything else unless I'm traveling then it might be the mini or Jimmy. The 007 just performs too good...I don't need to tell you what magic a live fire can make!
