Since I got my new smoker I have been cooking too much food! All this food was for 6 people....a little much. I did 4 racks of spareribs, around 30 abt's, 12 crab and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms, 8 sausages and mac and cheese. Made a cherry bourbon BBQ sauce which came out really well. The spares were rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird, abt's stuffed with sharp cheddar. Everything was smoked with cherry wood. I gotta say the stuffed mushrooms were amazing! The stuffing was a mixture of crab, cream cheese, fresh rosemary, panko bread crumbs, green chiles and chunks of cheddar. Then wrapped in bacon, sprinkled with Yardbird, finished with a little BBQ sauce.

I'll have to say with my family you'd not have to worry about leftovers with that good looking Q!

The sauce on those ribs looks great. Did you make it yourself? Mind sharing the recipe?

Yeah and it was my first time making this sauce. It took a while and I was throwing stuff in so I could pm you an ingredient list with approximations if you would like. It was basically ketchup, red wine vinegar, cherry preserve, onion, garlic, butter, beer, bourbon, wooster, mustard and spices.

I do the same thing, but then it seems like I never have enough after we are done eating,,, maybe that means I just eat how every much there is lol.. Good lookin grub right there for sure!!!
