Has anyone dealt with this place ? I'am trying to find the difference between BP 181 and BP 281 smokers. Pecker heads have not replied to my inquires.

Yes 281 is the enhanced kit...only difference is the ash catcher and grill brush.

No Smitty Big Poppa teamed up with bubba's barrels for those that want to have the drum included and with options of having holes pre drilled etc... and also for anyone that wants the stainless drums.

I checked into it once a while back and definitely not cheap. Also ya know as far as the drilling goes it's almost worth it if someone did the stainless barrel but definitely not for the standard steel drum....unless someone is just not even that handy of course. That stainless though can be a BEAR to drill and with those kits one mistake and you can be screwed, It's almost worth it to have them do it and it be right.
