FNG here. Spent so much time reading posts and threads, I forgot to introduce myself.

Found you folks after googling the Klose Grill Chef, ordered two weeks ago. I live on the left coast of Kalifornia. Retired deputy sheriff (33 years). Have grilled forever, and am trying to self-teach making good BBQ. My sons bought me a CharBroil offset 5 years or so ago, and I perfected ribs (well, maybe not to the group's standards) I only know I can't buy BBQ here anymore, I'd rather make it myself.
Married 36 years, wife one of the nursing director's at a teaching hospital. Two sons, a Navy SEAL(O-3) and a Navy pilot candidate (O-2) inches from winging.
I'm looking forward to digesting your wealth of knowledge, and sharing some "pron" pic's, is it? :icon_cool
