Howdy folk.
Newbie here. My name is Will and I'm from Bham AL.
Been eating smoked meat for as long as I can remember. My dad used to fire up the charcoal pit as often as he could and smoke us me and my bros some great food. As such, I've been a charcoal and woodchip man for a long time (Use a WSM)
A few years back picked up a pellet smoker. I've also played with some electric smokers (notably the MES) as a couple of mates have them.
My favourite thing to smoke has to be a juicy rack of ribs followed by anything chicken. (wings, thighs, drummers - whatever - I love chicken!)
Anyhow - see you about the forum - I hope to learn lots from everyone and contribute to other threads!
