Hi all ! I am stoked to a part of this group. I am a partner in a small time local bbq team and am crazy about trying to cook anything on a grill or smoker. We do some local comps but nothing huge. We built a 5' x 36" charcoal smoker and trailer from the ground up several years ago but sold it last fall to concentrate on comp cooking. We bought 2 treagers soon after and have no regrets. I also own a weber kettle that I wouldn't trade for a farm in Texas, also several other small grills.
