• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Thanks for adding me to your forums! I’m a backyard BBQ enthusiast who enjoys cooking for my family. Currently use a Weber Kettle and Weber Summit for everything, including smoking. Planning to build a dedicated smoker someday. Looking forward to learning from everyone here, and hopefully I’ll be able to share a tip or two with others sometime down the road.

Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. There are a lot of really fine folks here who are always eager to share their ideas, recipes and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading

Good luck and good smoking. Joe.

Welcome from the Mojave in Nevada. But I know the Blue Ridges well and enjoyed good BBQ all around Galax, Fancy Gap and Martinsville many times. You have a lot of good BBQ tradition to draw from in Virginia. Great info to absorb here too. What ya cooking this weekend?

Welcome, come on in, take your shoes off and sit a spell.
