Hi all.

New to the site but not to the grill.
Originally from New Zealand, I live in London, UK and have done for 10 years.
After graduating from a gas grill I've had a Weber kettle (One-Touch Premium) for about 5 years and am in fact taking delivery of a Kamado Joe this very day (excited? YES!).
Thanks to Man Cave Meals for pointing me in this direction.
