have been grilling since I was three or so and have been using a couple of smokers for the past ten years or so. I say "using smokers" because I have recently realized (after stumbling on this site and others) that there is a heck of a lot more to "smoking" than I ever realized.
Weapons at hand at the moment are 2 Smoke Hollow gas smokers, a Weber Genesis Silver C, a Weber Genesis Silver B, and lastly, my workhorse, a shiny Brinkmann Pro Series 2700 6 barrel gasser
To sum it up, I guess you could say that I'm kind of a like a "short order cook" and am eagerly looking forward to becoming a true BBQ Chef
(BTW, I'm a terrible conversationalist in the "real world" and have found that I'm just about as bad at it on the internet as well )
