Full Fledged Farker
This is Tim from Lubbock, TX, 27, and I do like what I see though I feel a bit overwhelmed considering I have a little homemade smoker that I can fit in about 2 briskets into. LOL, but it suits me pretty well I do believe. I also do a lot of cooking at the deer lease as well which is where I spend about 40 days between november and december. Thank God I don't have kids or I wouldn't be able to do that much.
I do a lot of briskets and turkeys for my family and friends and fam and take great pride in my homemade bbq sauce and also my briskets. I will prob be putting together a larger smoker in the next couple of months.
