Been a lurker for a while, singed up today thinking on putting my first UDS together to smoke a bird for Christmas.

Have been slow and low for a while with various Webers, and a custom indirect barrel (horizontal) smoker. Looking forward to direct heat an unattended burn times.

Live in Dallas Metro area as I'm sure do many of the other Brethren.
