• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Shhh...don't give away all of my secrets!

I used Windows Movie Maker to edit the video. I will make sure to use my tripod and get some better lighting next time.

Great video Mista, the turkey looked as good as the brisket!

I got lots of compliments on the turkey from all of the people I cooked one for. I brined and smoked and ended up with ver tender and juicy meat.

Mista - Great video, thanx! Only thing to add to it would be a shot of MrsMista & Morgan:wink:.

You mean you couldn't hear Morgan crying in the background?

Neil,
You are "Da Man"!!!!!!!!!!
Great job.

Two questions:
1. Do you have an agent yet?

Why? Are you volunteering? Can you get me a deal?

2. Where are the fire trucks this time?

TIM

They were all in Malibu. Still can't figure out why people live there. You know your house is either going to catch on fire or gt caught in a mudslide or roll down a hill in an earthquake. To hell with being close to the beach. I want a home that is actually going to be there when I get off from work.

*stepping down from my soapbox*

awesome pron. You might have mentioned this in the video but I cant hear well due to years of sirens and loud music, but what temps did you foil the brisket? Did you apply rub on both sides or just the one?
