How to clean wet ash out of the inside of the bowl?

Got a CL 22.5 otg, but there was a decent amount of wet ash on the inside. How should I clean this?

Open the bottom damper and wash it out with a garden hose. Then buid a fire it to dry it out.

Oven cleaner. Remove all the alliminum hardware first.

Pressure washer.

Wash it out with a hose. What doesn't easily come out, scrape off with a plastic putty knife.
