• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

How small of a butt

i have cooked those little 2-3LB ones that are boneless. they take longer to cook than you would think.

Did they dry out? Cooked one on the Egg today. While it was tender it was very dry. Took it to probe tender, was 196*. But it was one of the ugly ones, several flaps held together with some fat. Wondering if I should have tied it....or if it was the size of it....

the one that i cooked had that stretchy string around it to hold it in shape. tying it may have helped. some drippings or a finishing sauce can help with the dryness.
