• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

My Weber gasser porcelain grate in a word, sucks. Everything placed on it is like Velcro to get off. Any suggestions?

And this is why I want to use my GMG Jim Bowie on everything, but I can't justify a pair of chicken breasts on it.

Yes. My Dad always said "It's the section between the Rod handle and Boat seat that count".

Your pulling the meat too soon. Never flip the meat until it releases easily. Weber grates are some of the best.

Nope. It was stuck and a bit charred. Perhaps I left the chicken on a touch too long tonight. I've had Webers in the past without and problem. This one is a different story.

I used to clean the grates till they were spotless after a cook now I let the grill heat up before a cook, brush the large crud off and put on the food, no problems with sticking. I also find the heavy seasoning help the grates from rusting.
