Serving one meat only for a group of 200 for a graduation party, any tips of how much raw weight to purchase. Open to hear any advice ....,

Figure 1/3 lb/person cooked, and 50% yield, so 2/3 lb/person raw. 2/3 x 200 = 134 lbs raw.

I would agree with Ron. Between 120 and 140 lbs of meat should have you covered.

Yeah I was thinking I lost about 1/2 after cooking, seems about the same across the broad??

Mostly adults and hungry teenagers? I would go 150-160.
