So was going to smoke pork chops at my sister in laws yesterday for dinner. Had them all rubbed and ready to go when I get the message from my wife we aren't doing that anymore now we are getting fried chicken. I put the chops in freezer bags in the fridge. Two questions...
1) How long should they be good in the fridge?
2) How long before they become too salty?
On half the chops I used Killer Hogs BBQ Rub layered with Sweet Money and the other half was a local AP Rub layered with Sweet Money. Thanks in advance.
