Just looking for second opinion on if I got my drums inside back to bare metal enough. I’m happy with how it looks apart from a few blemishes but feel i did enough so that cooking in it will be safe.

It was a drum used for storing fruit juice or purée I believe, had a tan liner, did a decent burn out and outside paint came off pretty easily, wire wheeled and sanded down inside. Washed it out, dried it and seasoned with oil and had it around 450-500f for a few hours with some fatties.

So yeah, I’m 99% sure all of the liner is gone but welcoming any feedback, cheers.

I can't see any tan from my perspective, so let the Qing begin...
