Maybe...try the doubletree downtown, last I heard they still had rooms

Most all the downtown area hotels are within walking distance to the park. There is also the trolly system that provides some welcome & affordable transportation after walking all around the contest.

It is best to call the hotels directly, they all seem to show themselves being sold out when looking on-line. Expect to pay about 2x - 3x what the room is really worth, just because of the timing and the greedy nature of the hotels.

The Marriot usually has high dollar rooms pretty close to the event and it's right on the trolley.
