• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Just got 3 bottles of mexican hot sauce from one of the Seniorita's here at work.

Hell this is enough to last me a couple years (I use it sparingly)

2 bottles are from El Yucateco. One is Red Chile Habenero and one Green Chile Habanero (can't wait to try the green one tonight)

The other is Tamazula brand mexican hot sauce.

Wonder how this stuff will taste with Jalepeno peanuts.

The green is great on most mexican food. It also gives it a cool color, and grosses out my son. I tell him it's "snot sauce."

I love mexican food. We have a large mexican community here in the Chicagoland community, and you can find some really authentic stuff.

I just hate when the farking mariachi band wont leave you alone.

They come over and play and play. You give them 5 bucks, tell them thanks, and think they move on. But hell no. Now they're planted there. They'll play even more. So 5 songs later, and a pounding headache, you tell them to get lost. They look at you, say something like "blah blah Gringo" and start playing again.

Lesson learned: Go Fridays before 7pm, never on Saturday night unless its to go, and Sunday after 6pm.

Bill,
Most times if you don't tip them at all, they just go away.

Bill,
Offer them some Cabo Wabo. They'll say HUH!!!! :?
HEHEHEHEHE!!!!!!!!!

I love the mariachi, the more the better. And I am working on several Mexican Hot sauces that are pretty good. I get them at a local Mexican Grocery store, resturant, or as gifts from various family members.

Bufalo Chipotle - nice smokie flavor in a thick brown sauce, great in chili.
Pikin (with a wooeen hat for a lid) - rich with peppers and cummino.
Lol-Tun Salsa De Chili Habanero - A classic hot sauce with wonderful aroma.
La Anita Salsa Picante De Chili Habanero - Very green and good and it also comes in very red

I saw a stand at a truck stop the other day that had a big area that just had hot sauces from all over the place. One was called Sphincter Shrinker. Another was called See Dick Run. It had a stick man running around on the bottle with flames shooting out of his ass.

I got some called Hard on awhile back. Had a dildo attached. I gave it to the wife.

While ther are numerous fantastic hot sauces on the market, I prefer to make my own. I make my hot sauce mostly with my own habaneros (fresh and smoke-dried). . Last summer I made several batches loosely following recipes from pepperfool.com
http://www.pepperfool.com/recipes/sauces_idx.html

A word of advice: expect people to not think it's funny if you refill an empty honey mustard container with your home-made habanero sauce and don't re-label it as such.

The stuff I make does a damn good job removing hemrroids too; especially if applied directly.

LOL. Great advice. Thats something for everyones Uncle Farker
