Looks good! Everything is ok in moderation. I keep it clean Monday-Friday then will treat myself with some kind of bbq meal on the weekends. Helps keep the weight in check. I personally like my pulled pork sans the bun.
 
When my wife tells me to do pulled pork "right" it means only salt and pepper with a touch of vinegar on the side... And it vac-bags up for more diverse leftover possibilities (tacos, pasta, breakfast fare etc). just smoke and pig; they don't all tast 'bbq' but just smoky porky deliciousness; browned up in cat iron is amazing...
