• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Total Cooked time put them on at 11 at 300-350 degrees wrapped after 3 and a half hours! and let temp ride up to 375. The bones fell out at 4. These butts where great. I normally don't cook this fast but got a late start because of a storm..

That's some great looking meat! When I use my offset cooker I usually cook at high temperatures , it can be a bit nerve wracking when you first start cooking at temps in the 300 - 350 range , but after doing it for a while it gets easier.

no pan no anything to start out on the grate for 3 and a half hours.. and then into pan.. With liquid added I used Root Beer lol and then wrapped for final hour and a half.. I don't own any thermo's so I couldn't tell you the temps lol
