• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I had today (veterns day)off and thought I would cook my co workers a BBQ lunch for tomorrow. I did 2-8 LB pork sholders, 1 14 pound brisket, 3 racks of Baby Backs, and some thighs.

Pork came out really nice, and Im hoping the brisket did as well. The wife and I ate 1/2 a rack of the ribz as pulled rib sandwiches. They were good.

I had a chopped brisket sandwich (well 2 actually) from a couple pieces of trimmings that I threw in. Man were those tasty at lunch today. And I nibbled quit a bit when I was pulling the pork.

I was trying out some tips and tricks I learned and was taught, and they seemed to do OK.

Im going to glaze the ribs tomorrow at lunch, and sauce the pork tomorrow as well. Ill re-heat the brisket and slice and chop it for sandwiches.

I only did the chicken because it had to be cooked by tomorrow so I threw it on at the end to use up the leftover coals. I had my own backyard contest.

Here are some pix:ENJOY
