I know I've posted this before, so please forgive me. It's an oldie, but a goodie.

Ina Garten's Smoked Salmon Spread/Dip has been a crowd pleaser for over 9 years in our house!

Also, whipped up some of Ina's crostini - Very complex. :roll:
- Oven to 350F
- Cut your french loaf on the diagonal rather thinly
- Line a tray with parchment paper
- Bit of EVOO brushed over the french loaf "rounds" / "ovals"
- Sea Salt / Kosher Salt + Freshly Cracked Black Pepper across the bread
- Bake for 10 minutes

Had to pay her off so that the Boss would keep napping.

Thanks for the post, it looks great! Ina has a recipe for salmon with a bunch of herbs, give it a try because it is great~~

Good looking snack Marc, we have some left over salmon in the frige goona give the dip a try

Sometimes, when there's white wine and other cheeses and fruit involved... it's not just a snack... :shock: Don't tell nobody. :wink:
