Just started smoking this summer when I bought a Grill Dome ceramic cooker. Never even heard of butts and brisket before. Now I drive my wife crazy looking for reasons to cook. I need a bigger family or more friends so I can cook more. Really enjoying the Grill dome. Have cooked several butts, a few briskets, salmon, turkey, hamburgers, steak, leg of lamb, smoked bluefish and beans. No Pizza yet because there are so many in the neighborhood, one always has a sale. Only problem with the grill dome is it's too heavy to take camping.

Or for an even cheaper way, get a ECB. You can get one at garage sales for about $5. I keep mine around for this purpose.
