A big hiya from a a fellow Q'er in the deep south. I am in Huntsville, Alabama, been here some of my life. I started getting into somkin (no the good kind) last year when I bought a Bandera smoker and found this site. I just started to get serious about smoking after my son it beating me up about going to some comps. I have learned a ton you everyone here and look forward to talking with everyone.

P.S. I found the recipe for those buffalo turds on here and no I can't stop fixin and eating them.
