Hi, my name is Dirk, i am à 53 years old dad of two boys and q with my lovely wifi in a little toen called Wijchen.
I've always cremated my meat until i decided to improve and build my own uds. After Some test runs with bcc and ribs i got hooked and startend to look for more info and recipies.... Thans how i got here and startend reading.. I post pics with my equipment soon....
