Hi from Frisco

Hi, I'm Mike from Frisco, TX and have only been smoking regular (and with much success) for about 9 months. It must be OK because my wife wants all holiday meals now to come off the smoker.
I use a Char-Griller with sfb. Need to learn better temp control. Want to try to get good at it this year, and then maybe upgrade to a better smoker. I am sure I will be able to find lots of help here.
