Been reading the forum sometime now and am taking the next step of posting or trying to post a time or 2. Paperless machine and me don't get along very well.

Some of you may know me by our competition name "Freda's Redneck BBQ" providing you've competed in Mid-Mo. I'm in the process of starting my own BBQ Retail/Catering business as most of you are from what I've been reading. Any pointers will be appreciated.
