Hey all, new member here from Southern Connecticut - this is my second summer using my 22.5" WSM, although I've been cooking and experimenting in the kitchen since college. I stumbled across this site looking for recipes, and am really impressed with the level of knowledge and camaraderie I see here. I'm looking forward to using BBQ Brethren this summer as my go-to knowledge base!

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go plan my next smoke for Saturday!
