I used plum in my drum for the first time and was very happy with the result. the smoke smelled good, and the q even better.

Plum wood sounds gooood. Never tried it.

My dad had a big apple tree get taken out a few weeks back by a bad arse wind storm. I'll be set for apple wood. But we hated to lose that tree.
