Friday Night Steaks burnin' on the BGE...our second competition of the season in Astoria, WA. Have a great weekend everyone! :p

Pulled pork and homemade rolls for 200 @ a grad party tonight. Pork is already off the smoker. I'm about halfway through the rolls...:thumb:

Can't decide. If it rains tomorrow or Sunday, I'll make tamales. If the weather is nice, I got baby back ribs, rib eye steaks, chicken thighs, chuck steak, sliced pork loin, ground chuck, ground pork, etc.

Doing St Louis style ribs with out the membrane this weekend :)

Taking a stab at some St-Louis-styling up some spare ribs tomorrow night, and spatchcocking a turkey on Sunday. Maybe MOINKS, too.

Did a double batch of Moinks last night and 4 butts last Friday so think its gotta be either ribs or brisket.

If the rain moves out going to do some spare ribs and a couple fatties.

Gonna try my hand at another ½ chuck roll. Pulled beef tacos for a party of 35-40. I'm gonna try hotter & faster this time, 300-325°. And I'm going to pull it off when it "feels done" this time. Taco seasonings for rub. I got my fingers crossed!

I was gonna go down to MN in May, but since it sounds like there's nothing there for The Missus, I have no idea.

If we end up staying home, maybe I'll try my hand at a Chuck or 2

Chicken wings tonight and tri-tip on Sunday. Working tomorrow so leftover wings for lunch. This is all provided we are dry enough to fire up the grill. Major rain around here. Hopefully, not like our friends SE of here with all the flooding. We wish them well. Good luck at the comp JD!!!!!
