• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Grilled twice this week, so tonight gonna cook indoors.

Boneless pork chops, beef flavored rice a roni, & some green beans.
 
Got to go to a Chamber of Commerce thang tonight, so no cookin'...
Tomorrow I'm headed to a buddy's place and I'll cook up some ABTs, pig candy, and maybe a few hot wings.
 
Got a nice pork butt and a couple of fattys to try out the new BGE
 
Friday night is whatever the guys at the game are cooking. Last week was brats. This is week 2 of state playoffs for high schools, and I work the games for the defending state champs. :cool:

Saturday and Sunday - no plans yet. Except maybe chili tomorrow. I'd like to do a chuckie, but we'll see.
 
The wife is out of town. SO. I am having a little gathering in her honor.

Got 4 butts and 75 chix boobs and thighs I will be finishing along with some tater salad and baked beans for a catering delivery. BTW: They want 20 veggie burgers also:shock:

Canadian bacon will be ready to smoke in the am. Haven't decided after that...oh, except you know there will be fatties!:-D
 
This weekend I'm attending a little potluck soiree with friends I grew up with, haven't seen some for 30 years and gotta be impressive. Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers and Architects, then there's me, Lowly Graphic Artist... SO, I'm smoking a few racks of spare ribs, babybacks and doing up some ABTs on the Drumpit.....I think I will shine!!!!
 
The Bandera is getting loaded as soon as I get home from work. 2 racks of beef ribs, 1 turkey, 1 brisket, and 4 lbs of brats. I've got lunches and dinners for the week!

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 pounds of bacon and two turkeys.

Need to figure out if I am goingto put the whole hog leg in brine this weekend or wait until I get back from vacation (leaving Wednesday).
 
Nothin tonite, but takin the set up tailgatin tomorrow and thinkin' I'm makin some pizza's on the grille and maybe some pig candy.
