The Let The Drums Roar BBQ Contest will be held August 28-29, 2015 during the Dallas Center Annual Fall Festival. The contest site will be at Biker's Haven which is new project being developed in Dallas Center and is located at 1607 Sugar Grove Ave. (Highway 44). As submitted for sanctioning, the guaranteed CASH prize pool is $8,000. This contest is limited to 24 cooking teams. Friday, August 7, 2015 is the cutoff to register for the Let The Drums Roar BBQ Contest.
