Dave Fisk is the man! I wanted a side shelf for the 007 for food etc... and for stability in case i wanted to swivel out 180* with weight on the grate. We went with welded on hinges and removable legs... Nice size shelf 24X17

Thanks, it's the kind of cooker that makes food better. For a large part the saying is true "It's the cook not the cooker" IMO the 007 is an exception to the rule. It's really hard to screw up most foods, and a newbie would be turning out better stuff then most pros on the fancy cookers.
