The boss was responsible for the paper products and drink. Well plates and utensils were that same cheap ones from the last holiday party. Two plates for support and some generic soda.
If you are the caterer then people who don't know you will then think you were the cheapo one and cut corners so the food even if it is superb people will think its not. Alawys supply paper products but usually people supply the drinks there is nothing you can do about.
