• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Here the pics of all the meat.

LATE NIGHTER MOD AND NO BEER

Looks great! I just bought a Landmann today, looking forward to doing some ribs on it tomorrow. Any tips/tricks I need to know about it?

You see that blanket, find one, without it you will use an anormous amount of fuel. with blanket you can go 5to 6 hours easy on one fueling. @ 250---300

Will do. I ran it for about 5 hours today, and couldn't get it much over 250, guess that's why. How do you like it otherwise? It fit the bill for what I wanted as a Bandera replacement, and from the prices I saw on the web, I got a pretty good deal on it at $250.

I use charcoal to get started and then change over to apple, hickory, After I started using the blanket over the smoke chamber maintaining a good cooking temp. was easy. I went from buying 40 to 60 # of charcoal and more wood than I want to admit to , to 1 20 of charcoal use only half for a 12 hour cook and about 10 to 15 # of the various woods. Does a good job for me, Until I pick up my Klose Pit I ordered I am loving my landmann, she's my baby
