I am new to smoking and finishing my UDS this weekend. I have a buddy who has had a cook team since 2012, they have a spot open and I am joining up. First non sanctioned cook is for the local VFW crew to help raise money, May 28th. I'm looking forward to it. Cooking on his trailer and were bringing drums too. Wish me luck. :loco:
