• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I saw this smoker on Craigslist. Anybody have any idea on the manufacturer. Seems to be a good price.

Looks Like a 16 X 36 OK Joe with a home built FB. you can still see remnants of the old round one. A close up of the tag on the door would tell ya lots more.

Go look at it.. take a small hammer.. ping on the bottom and see if its solid.. depending on the price this could be a real steal

Don't think it's an OK Joe. No OK Joe logo plate, and the thermometer looks outa place as I remember them. I think what Blu sees as the remnants of an old firebox is just a clearance extension that allows the lid on the firebox to open without dragging against the cook chamber.

If it's solid, it's worth what you want to pay. It will cook as good as anything else in your hands. It's the cook, not the cooker.

It's not an OK Joe...The flange on the lid is on the outside...Which would keep out water better than the way OK Joe is built...That fire box is a beast and keeping a live fire in that thing would be no problem...

looks to be a good thick metal one and I seen it on there too , better snag it up before someone else does . those are the smokers I like to restore and flip but got too many thing in the fire right now .
