Vons has Pork shoulder Blade roast on sale for .98 per pound bone in. Is this a Boston Butt. I want to get a couple to smoke tonight and it would be easier to go to Vons to get.

Also the add says picnic also available.

Yes, that is a Pork Butt aka Boston Butt aka Pork Shoulder.

A full one should be 7 to 8 lbs...

That is a very good price, even for the Midwest...

They are better if not enhanced...
