A long time ago, there was a long thread with incredible pics of a rib roast recipe. I did search, but it was a needl ein a haystack thing... Does anyone remember this thread? the pics were incredible.

xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

That's not the thread, but I think that's the guy. Maybe I have that confused.. this thread had lots of pics and directions and the roast came out very seared - I think part of it was done directly over the coals for searing.

Take a look at this recipe. It may not be the thread you remember but it sounds like the recipe. If you've been MIA for a while you may have missed the transition in forum software and some of the images being lost.

Yeah.. i think it might just be Poobah's recipe.. but there was a long thread with pics and more details. Would be a shame if that were lost.. it was a good'un.
