My name is Chris, and I reside on the Northwest side of Chicago (Albany Park).
I've been grilling for just about my entire adult life, but last summer I got into bbq, and haven't looked back.
Currently have an 18.5 WSM, an 18.5 OTS, and a Chargriller SP w/firebox.
Been lurking here a while, and it seems like a great forum, with a wide range of experience in the membership.
