Hey I live in Austin. I have been smoking for a few years with an incredibly flimsy horizontal grill. Last fall it finally rusted out on me, (i did not really take care of it) and I am now saving up some cash for a decent cheap offset smoker. I was really excited to find this forum and I really look forward to future meat awesomeness.
