Hello from Wisconsin

I just found this site and decided to join. I've only been smoking ribs for the last couple years and really want to try to smoke more food. The wife bought me a char griller with a smoker box at menards a couple years ago so I'm envious of the rigs I see. I'm afraid I won't be able to give any tips but look forward to gaining knowledge to make some great food for the family. I've had no complaints on my ribs, steak, and chicken but need to add more to my menu.
