I finally made it in, nice lookin site you guys have here. I look forward to learning a lot about smoking here. I have a stillwater wood smoker by brinkman, a masterbuilt electric smokehouse, and a wsm. Pics are of my electric smokehose fixing to smoke a couple hunks of chuck roast, a small pork loin,I eventually threw in some pork spare ribs and some smoked sausage for sampling.
