Hello from South Carolina

Hello all. I am originally from North Carolina (in case you couldn't tell), but I've been living in the land of mustard sauce for the last 7 years. I've always loved barbecue, and finally pulled the trigger on my first smoker, a pit barrel cooker, 3 months ago. I've been cooking constantly since then, and have been lurking around these forums learning a lot from all of you. I look forward to learning even more, and sharing my experiences on here as well.
