• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Thats South Carolina, not Southern Cali.

Been looking around here for a day or so and learned a great deal. I got into smoking and grilling heavily about two years ago. My smoker is on gas :sad: . I really want a wood/charcoal burner now......

Thanks to this site, I am going to smoke a fatty and some ABTs today while doing my pork butt. I will probably be asking lots of questions so please be patient. ...Didnt realize I knew so little about smokeing...
